Primrose Group is a privately owned, multi-disciplinary construction and property development company based in Sydney. We design, build and deliver bespoke residential and commercial projects across New South Wales, with a track record spanning more than 45 projects.
Every home we build is tailored to its site and its client — there is no volume-builder template here. From knockdown-rebuilds and architectural duplexes through to freestanding family homes, renovations and commercial fit-outs, we manage every stage in-house: concept, approvals, construction and handover, giving clients a single point of accountability from first sketch to final key.
Speed matters as much as finish. Because we run our own crews alongside a tight bench of long-standing trade partners — the same electricians, plumbers, tilers and joiners we’ve built with for years — we can move projects through construction faster than businesses relying on ad-hoc subcontractors, without cutting corners on quality.
